In this episode of Jesus, You Take Over! i will be speaking about The Holy Eucharist.

The Holy Eucharist is a sacrament where the consecrated bread and wine actually become the real Body and Blood of Jesus Christ through a process called transubstantiation, while retaining the outward appearances of bread and wine. It is both a sacrifice and a memorial of Christ's sacrifice on the cross, and receiving it through Holy Communion makes believers one body in Christ and provides a taste of eternal life.
This episode also features two Eucharist Miracles: The Eucharistic Miracle of Lanciano, Italy and The Eucharistic Miracle of Tumaco, Colombia.
